✅ Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, panties, thongs, and period wear are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective.
- Bras and nightwear are eligible for return/exchange in case of size issues or if found damaged or defective.
- Discounted or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are accepted on eligible items and are subject to stock availability.

💰 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed either:
- As store credit (processed within 24–48 hours after the returned item passes quality check), or
- To the original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days after approval).
- Refund method will depend on the type of return and customer preference.
🚚 Return Shipping
- We provide free reverse pickup in serviceable pin codes.
- In case your pin code is not serviceable, you may need to self-ship the product. We will reimburse up to ₹100 in store credit upon receipt of the shipping proof.
❗Important Guidelines
- Items failing our quality check (used, damaged, or missing tags) will be sent back without refund.
- Returns without original packaging or invoice will not be accepted.
- Excessive or fraudulent return activity may result in restrictions on future returns.
